However, leather is a natural material. Variations in grain, texture, tone, markings, and other characteristics may occur. Such natural variations are part of the character of genuine leather and should not automatically be considered defects.

Product colors may also appear slightly different depending on your device, screen settings, lighting, or photography conditions.

04. Orders

When you place an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase the selected product under these Terms & Conditions.

An order is considered accepted once payment has been successfully received and the order has been confirmed by EDATELIER.

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit an order where necessary, including in situations involving pricing errors, product availability, suspected fraudulent activity, or technical errors.

05. Pricing & Payment

All product prices displayed on the website are shown in the applicable currency at checkout unless otherwise stated.

Prices may change from time to time without prior notice. Any price change will not affect an order that has already been confirmed and paid for, except where an obvious pricing or technical error has occurred.

Payment must be completed using the payment methods available during checkout. Orders may not be processed until payment has been successfully verified.

06. Custom & Personalized Orders

Custom and personalized products are created according to specifications agreed between the customer and EDATELIER.

Because these products are specifically created for the individual customer, custom orders may not be eligible for cancellation, return, or exchange once production has begun, except where required by applicable law or where the product is defective.

Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing and approving personalization details, including names, initials, spelling, colors, measurements, and other specifications provided before production.

Minor differences in natural leather texture, grain, color, and markings are expected and contribute to the uniqueness of each custom creation.

07. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are shipped to the delivery address provided by the customer during checkout.

Estimated delivery times are provided for guidance only and may vary depending on destination, shipping provider, customs procedures, public holidays, weather, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information. EDATELIER is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery information.

08. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Return, exchange, and refund eligibility depends on the condition of the product, the nature of the order, and the applicable return policy presented at the time of purchase.

Products must generally be returned in their original condition and packaging where a return is permitted.

Custom or personalized products may be excluded from returns or exchanges unless they are defective, damaged before delivery, incorrectly produced, or otherwise covered by applicable consumer protection laws.

Please contact EDATELIER before returning any product. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

09. Product Care

Leather products require appropriate care to maintain their appearance and condition.

Customers are responsible for following recommended care instructions and protecting leather products from excessive moisture, heat, direct sunlight, harsh chemicals, and other conditions that may cause damage.

Natural changes in color, texture, patina, and surface appearance resulting from normal use are part of the natural aging process of leather.

10. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, all content on this website, including logos, brand names, photographs, product images, graphics, text, designs, layouts, and other materials, belongs to or is licensed to EDATELIER.

Content may not be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, published, or commercially used without prior written permission from EDATELIER.
